Artwork & Collection

Can I take my artwork home on the day?
icon

For many of our activities, you’ll be able to take your artwork home on the same day. However, some creations require additional drying, glazing, or firing time before collection. For cream gel art and fluid art sessions, your artwork will usually be ready for collection approximately three days after your session. You will receive an email notification once your artwork is ready to collect. For pottery painting sessions, your painted ceramic piece will be professionally glazed and kiln-fired by our team, and will typically be ready for collection within 1–2 weeks. An email notification will be sent once your pottery is ready. All other activities can generally be taken home on the day of your visit.

How long do I have to collect my artwork?
icon

We kindly ask that all artwork is collected within 30 days of receiving your collection notification email. Due to limited storage space, any uncollected pieces after this period may be donated or responsibly disposed of.

Can you post my finished artwork?
icon

Yes, we offer both UK and International postal service via Royal Mail Tracked for an additional fee, with UK deliveries starting from £10. Please speak to our team during your visit for more details.

Where can I collect my artwork?
icon

You can collect your artwork from the same studio you visited once you have received an email notification confirming that it is ready for collection. Artwork can be collected at any time during our opening hours, and no advance booking is required. Full addresses and opening hours for our studios can be found here.
