Important Notes
Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the session.
Pottery painting sessions are available only at Potato Pottery.
All pottery pieces will be professionally glazed and kiln-fired to make them food safe. This service is included in the price.
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for glazing and firing before collection. We will send you an email once is ready to collect.
Each pottery painting session lasts 90 minutes.
If you need more time to complete your piece, you are welcome to return and finish it during another session (booking required).
Please contact us before collection to ensure your pottery is ready.
Finished artwork will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date it is ready for collection. Due to limited storage space, we may not be able to keep uncollected items after this period, and refunds or re-dos cannot be provided.
Please note that we do not send collection reminders or notifications, so we kindly ask customers to arrange collection within the collection period.
UK shipping is also available if you would prefer your pottery to be delivered to you.
